What is your returns policy?

As long as it’s still in pristine condition, we offer a free, 30-day, no-questions exchange or return policy on all US orders. Just email us at care@auratenewyork.com and we’ll send you a free Return Label at no additional charge.

International sales and engraved pieces are final at this time.

How long does shipping take?

For orders within the US, shipping normally takes 3-5 business days. Shipping times for international orders vary depending on your shipping method and destination. As soon as your order ships, you can track it through your shipping confirmation email.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! Kindly note that we cannot be held responsible for any custom fees, import duties, taxes, and other local charges added by your country's customs office.

How long does engraving take?

Please allow an extra 1-3 business days for any orders with engraving.

Don’ts

Wear when bathing, exercising, gardening or doing housework.

Wear jewelry in bed.

Allow contact with perfumes, lotions, hairspray or cosmetics – particularly for pearls, as this may affect the color or luster.

Use abrasive cleaners or chemicals.

To clean (gold and diamond pieces only):

Mix a few drops of detergent-free soap with warm water.
One piece at a time, soak your jewelry.
Use a very soft brush to lightly clean each piece.
Rinse with care (and don’t drop it down the drain – learn from our experience!)
Lightly dry the jewelry with a lint-free cloth or paper towel.

How should I care for my jewelry?

Your jewelry is designed to withstand the normal rigors of modern life, but keep in mind that they are still made from precious metals and delicate stones, so a bit of TLC wouldn’t go astray.

What happens if my jewelry breaks?

Disaster - but don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. Your lifetime warranty means we’ll have it fixed for you anytime if the worst happens. Ping us an email at care@auratenewyork.com or call customer service at 888-616-2872 and we’ll get straight on it.

What if my jewelry fades or gets scratched?

Our lifetime warranty to the rescue – it includes complimentary re-plating or repolishing, just because we’re that confident in our craftsmanship.
