Is my purchase covered by a warranty?

Yes, for life! We’re so confident in the quality of our products that we offer a no-questions-asked lifetime warranty on any purchase. Just contact us at care@auratenewyork.com for any warranty issues.

Are your diamonds conflict-free?

We are completely committed to only using diamonds (and, for that matter, any raw materials) from sources that are certifiably conflict-free throughout the supply chain. We’re also going far beyond that to insist that our suppliers practice the highest levels of social, environmental and human rights responsibility. What happens if my jewelry breaks?

Disaster - but don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. Your lifetime warranty means we’ll have it fixed for you anytime if the worst happens. Ping us an email at care@auratenewyork.com or call customer service at 888-616-2872 and we’ll get straight on it.
