As long as it’s still in pristine condition, we offer a free, 30-day, no-questions exchange or return policy on all US orders. Just email us at care@auratenewyork.com and we’ll send you a free Return Label at no additional charge.

International sales and engraved pieces are final at this time.

For orders within the US, shipping normally takes 3-5 business days. Shipping times for international orders vary depending on your shipping method and destination. As soon as your order ships, you can track it through your shipping confirmation email.

Yes we do! Kindly note that we cannot be held responsible for any custom fees, import duties, taxes, and other local charges added by your country's customs office.

Please allow an extra 1-3 business days for any orders with engraving.

Can you help me choose the perfect gift?

The only thing better than finding the perfect piece for yourself is finding it for someone else – and we know just how to do it. We’ve put together a handy guide here – just tell us who you’re buying for or what your budget is, and we’ll guide you to the perfect purchase. If a gift card is lost or stolen, can it be replaced?

Yes, definitely. You just have to give us the order number of the stolen or lost gift card, and we will de-activate it and send you a new one.

Do you offer gift cards?

We do! Simply select and prepay your preferred amount (either $100, $250, $500 or $1,000), and the recipient can redeem it for merchandise up to the prepaid value either in store or at auratenewyork.com. It may not be redeemed for cash or applied as credit to an AUrate New York account. Gift cards are available to purchase here.

How can I redeem my gift card?

In-store, a member of the AUrate team will process your transaction as usual. For online purchases, proceed through the checkout as usual, but when asked for your payment method, enter your Gift Card number in the field labeled ‘Gift Card or Discount Code’. The total for your purchase, plus tax and shipping fees, will be deducted from the value of the card. If the balance on your gift card is less than the total, a credit card can be used to make up the difference.

Can I include a personalized gift message with my purchase?

Of course! Just follow the instructions at checkout.

Does AUrate offer gift wrapping?

Each purchase comes beautifully packed in our signature pouches and gift boxes, because whether it’s for you or someone else, it’s a gift just the same.

Can I purchase a gift card with an address outside the US?

Yes definitely. To avoid shipping charges and delay, we recommend ordering a digital gift card.

How quickly will I get my digital gift card?

It will arrive right after the purchase in your emails.

Do gift cards expire?

No they don't have an expiration date.
