I Want Candy
Happy Halloween to all of our AUraters! In New York city, there are no shortages of places to go trick-or-treating to pick up some candy, personally our favorite part of Halloween. Our molars are already aching just thinking about all the candy we will be chewing on. We also love that the spookiest time of the year is the perfect opportunity to experiment with different costumes and looks. The possibilities are endless, and the more creative the better. For all the halloween parties you will be attending, our team have put together different ideas of how our jewelry can be worn to complement different costumes.
Egypt's Queen
The famed Egyptian queen was a fearless ruler, making Cleopatra a great choice for this Halloween. She is one of the most famous female rulers in history, and we admire her bold strength. During a time period when Egypt was in turmoil, Cleopatra was able to hold her country together. She was a powerful leader who was just as strong as her male counterparts. Talk about girl power! We love what she represents, and suggest our tapered solid necklace to create the Cleopatra look.
Ugh, As If!
Getting our inspiration from one of our favorite chick flicks, we suggest dressing as Cher from Clueless. The sweet blonde teenager from Beverly Hills will always be one of the most memorable and iconic characters in cinematic history. Clueless is a classic choice for movie night, and quotes from the film still remain as a large part of our cultural lexicon today. For Cher's look, pair your plaid skirt with our mini charm circle necklace.
